For starters, I apologize for the inconvience you have received with our company. Please let me assure you that we did everything possible to ensure your satisfaction. We do care about our customers thoughts and applaud you for your honesty. However, since you have not returned our E-Mails, we thought we could respond to you in this Discussion Forum.

Our phone lines have been in perfect working order for some time. Perhaps you were trying to call an adult number or were incapable of using a modern touch-tone phone. As to the claim that our web resources, .."are not satisfactory." We regretfully disagree with you. Our website has the latest and most informative technical support library and staff available. We at PowerComputing think you might have been trying to access another companies website or perhaps you don't even know what a website is.

I beg to differ on your next point. PowerComputing does not suck. Your mother, however, is a different story. If you had reported these problems within 30 days of your purchase we could have helped you. But since you do not understand primary internet skills, we cannot help you now.
